1- HR Business Process Manager
Full Time
Dubai, UAE

About The Role:
The HR Business Process Manager is a temporary project-based role for 6 weeks reporting to the SVP of People and Organization. During this time, you will review all existing HR processes and drive change to meet the goals of the department and the organization.

 Lead on the process improvement project and establish the project plan.
B- Evaluate existing business processes and identify areas of improvements.
C- Prepare data-driven suggestions to improve/change current processes.
D- Lead the implementation of suggestions.

 At least 5 years experience in business process management in a related industry – consulting or in-house.
B- Bachelor’s or a Master’s Degree in HR, Business Management, Project Management.
C- Proven skills and experience in similar projects.
D- Strong Project Management skills.
