• Responsible for Market mapping and creating new leads
• Responsible for merchant KYC and onboarding Pharma retailers as per the target scope.

Key Accountabilities

• Service the retailers for enhancing usage
• Daily visits to merchants and visit marking as per beat plan
• Payment collection and recovery of dues
• Push merchants to use digital or online payments instead of cash / cheque
• Tele-calling to select retailers for order booking, if unable to visit due to lockdown or containment measures
• Raise complaint tickets on behalf of merchants for resolution
• Converting existing partner pharma retailers to Exclusive Pharma retailers
• Develop and nurture long term relationship with key Pharma Merchants for enhancing usage and upselling
• Implementation of the hardware and software. Attend training for the same.
• Follow up with the interested set of merchants
• Collection of Security Deposit
• Responsible for Device issuance to on-boarded retailer
