Collect relevant information and create reports on a regular basis in the pre-designed form. These include but are not limited to Retail Dashboard, Mark Down Reports, Audited Sales Reports, Item Deletes, Active User Ids, Odd Hours report, Duplicate CNs, Incident Reports & Issue Log, etc.
Monitor/Analyze & Publish different reports on a regular basis, such as Manual Discount, Manager Underride Price Override Returns, Refunds and Delivery Charges
As required by stakeholders, generate temporary or ad-hoc business reports after analysis.
Create new report formats and tools according to the needs of the business.
Conduct Retail Audits: BOE Audit, SRN Audit and Damage Verification (Back Store Audit).
Schedule the cycle count/PI/Negative count as per defined frequency as well as the reason analysis stock variances and accuracy.
Weekly Household Damages – Report Publishing & Review.
Weekly damage verification, POS Exceptions & Spot audit at the store.
Perform a Process/Function Audit. Review controllable expenses to identify cost optimization opportunities.
Recognize loopholes, and recommend cost savings and risk aversion strategies. Prepare and present audit reports to reflect the results.
Coordinate with other departments to perform POS Promotions & UA within the timeframe.
Margin improvement through monitoring manual stock adjustments, WH damage write-offs, stock provisions, trouble inventory, write-offs, etc.
Computer Science Diploma
Five years experience in audit, LP, and MIS reporting.
Management skills in the presentation of data.
Understanding of reporting and auditing.
MS Office skills (advanced)
