
As F&B Supervisor, your main responsibility is to ensure that staff work together in a cohesive manner to provide the best service possible and meet guest's needs. You will inspect the grooming and attire of staff members and make any necessary adjustments. Assist with opening and closing, including cleaning up all areas and equipment, and locking doors. Cleanliness, organization and FIFO use should be checked in storage areas. Check inventory schedules and order and requisition any supplies. Monitor dining rooms to ensure guests' safety and comfort, as well as service availability.
You will also support and encourage your F&B service colleagues, and be responsible to service and operational processes.
You must be a team player, able to communicate fluently in English and have the ability to communicate in other languages.
