1- Valve Technician I

Abu Dhabi, UAE
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
A- Assembling and tear down of new or used Control/Safety/Isolation Valves, Regulators and Actuators.
B- Assembly of instruments and accessories on Actuators.
C- Complete Set-up, Calibration, and perform final test of valves including Leak test and functional test, hydrostatic test.
D- Record progress on work on Emerson Apps/Documents.
E- Maintain the workplace in orderly and clean condition applying 5S rules in.
Requirements:
A- Relevant Technical certificate.
B- Minimum 5 years of technician level experience in reputed valve industry.
C- Knowledge of all types of valves, actuators, and accessories, with relevant testing standards such as ASME, ANSE, API.
D- Effective communication in English written and verbal.
E- Able to operate the valve testing machines (Ventil/Italco).
F- Light vehicle driving license.
