1 – Role in QA/QC – Document Control

What you need to succeed :

  • Experience with a real estate developer is preferred, although a multidisciplinary consultancy is also acceptable.
  • Experience setting up and implementing a data management system for a multidisciplinary company within the field of real estate development.
  • Exposure to document control management systems, including distribution, and correspondence status; either in a project or office environment.
  • Familiarity with data management tools such as Aconex and Unifier. Knowledge of any online document control system will be an advantage.
  • Previous exposure to and good knowledge of ISO 9001
  • Good knowledge and experience handling design and construction documents and awareness about the different stages of design including, but not limited to, concept design, schematic design, design development, tender, and IFC.

What you will be measured against :

  • Responsible for establishing, implementing, and maintaining the Data Management System.
  • Assisting and supporting the Development team throughout the project phase on quality documentation, handling, and process controls.
  • Monitoring and reporting the project implementation status through internal audits and reviews.
  • Preparation of detailed reports on audit findings and recommendations on how to improve.
  • Ensuring the effectiveness of the corrective actions.
  • Facilitate the timely closure of internal non-conformance reports.
  • Actively promote a proactive QA culture.
  • Responsible for raising system improvement requests to improve the existing system.
  • Collect and compile data for Key Performance Indicators.
  • Regularly monitor and reporting of the KPI/Objectives for the team.
  • Ensure that all controlled documents related to the Project are maintained to the latest issue and that these documents are made available at all locations where operationally essential.
  • Close interaction with development managers in applying QA processes to the Project.
  • Verify that only the last revision drawings, submittals, etc. are distributed to all locations and involved parties concerned.
  • Ensure that all obsolete documents shall be withdrawn and stamped ‘Superseded’ if retained for record purposes.
  • Maintain project drawing/documents distribution record.
  • Control & maintain the system for issuance recording/filing, tracking, and retrieval of documents like design packages, procedures, plans, QA/QC records, specifications, drawings, and related documents.
  • Responsibilities include record keeping, inspection release notice, and quality records book with a numbering system according to project filing procedure.
  • Maintaining all correspondence and other transmittals between different parties in a systematic way to facilitate easy reference at all times.
  • Preparing and update of various logs and registers.
  • Coordinating with various stakeholders across the company to train and implement a standard document management system across departments.
  • Manage all other administration duties, correspondence, and filing
  • Ensure that various guidelines and standards are regularly updated and issued with revisions tracked and recorded.

2 – Role in Energy Management

What you need to succeed :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Master’s degree in Energy, or Sustainability Management.
  • Certified Energy Manager (CEM) certification.
  • Professional energy/sustainability-related certification (i.e. CMVP or PMVA) is preferred
  • Preferably have ISO 50001 or ISO 14001 and professional Accreditation under LEED
  • Minimum 10-year relevant field experience.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent analytical skills.

What you will be measured against :

  • Deep understanding of HVAC systems and building control systems.
  • Knowledge about Energy contracting models (i.e., ESCO, etc.)
  • Experience in developing and managing utility budgets for malls, hospitality, and residential buildings.
  • Experience with monitoring and reporting on energy consumption, water consumption, and waste segregation.
  • Experience in managing and standardizing data captures, procedures, and reporting
  • Demonstrated experience in the implementation of energy management systems.
  • Develop energy policies, strategies, guidelines, plans, procedures, and systems.
  • Benchmarking energy consumption against best practice guidelines.
  • Carrying out site inspections and completing energy surveys.
  • Developing energy consumption profiles, dashboards, and reports.
  • Preparing, negotiating, and managing energy contracts.
  • Developing and overseeing strategies to reduce energy consumption.
  • Keeping up to date with energy legislation.
  • Overseeing carbon management.
  • Raising the profile of energy conservation.
  • Sharing advice and providing training on energy efficiency.

3 – Role in Mall Operations/Asset Management

What you need to succeed :

  • Minimum 6-8 years of Operations / Asset Management experience in retail space preferably.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Minimum B.Sc Degree in Management or equivalent.
