
Assist with all administrative functions related to security permits. This role involves many interactions with stakeholders and requires the application and issuing of various documents to support the business. This role requires frequent use of computers and different applications. Responsibilities for Permit Request: – Receive all types of security permit requests from both internal and external customers. - Communication with customers to complete all documents. - Apply electronically for permits via the relevant system (to use English and Arabic). - Coordinate with all authorities in order to get their approval. Preparation and payment of invoices Prepare bills for cash customers relating to permits they have been issued. Prepare memos to collect cash and deposit. Collection: - Responsible for collection of Permits, Cash, cheques, Uniforms and Documents.Qualifications & Experience: High School/A - Levels or equivalent Experience: Minimum 01 Year of experience in office Administration. Fluent in Arabic, and English (reading, writing, and speaking). Basic MS Office and MS Outlook skills. Proficiency in interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure Driving license in the UAE
