Outbound telecalling/telemarketing activities to influence customer acquisition, conversions & upsell/cross-sell activities
Principal Responsibilities & Duties
- Prospective clients should be called and encouraged to register for or promote other products.
- To resolve problems related to products or services, contact existing customers.
- Based on customer behaviours, Pro-actively suggest solutions
- To encourage re-purchases, the revival of accounts, or other revenue, call active customers or former customers
- Reaching out to potential clients in order to inform them about new promotions and administration using pre-
Scripts that are clearly defined
High school diploma, or equivalent
Minimum 1-year experience as Telecaller, TeleMarketer Sales Representative, or any other customer service role
Knowledge of other telephone systems and computer programs such as (CRM software).
Excellent interpersonal and oral skills. (Arabic & English)
Demonstrated sales and rapport-building experience
