The role of
You will be part of a social network that is resourceful, passionate, and experienced. Our mission is to share OKX information with everyone and engage the community via multiple social media platforms. We need someone to help us increase our organic traffic with paid ads.
Our paid ads manager will manage our paid campaigns, boosting organic content and creating localized content for out-of-sea markets. To create a paid strategy to promote our brand content, the successful candidate will work closely with other stakeholders within and outside the company. The successful candidate will optimize campaigns, report back to the senior management key metrics, and adjust the paid plan accordingly.
- Analyze and monitor FB/TW/TT ads campaigns and take proactive steps to improve spending results
- Apply industry best practices for paid ads research and application
- Update both organic and paid creativity
- Localize creatives for different markets
- Create targeted ads campaigns using creatives
- To execute our plan, we need to work with external stakeholders (including social platforms BDs and agencies)
- Partner with your internal teams to help them with their branding and advertising needs
- Collect data and create reports that highlight results and metrics
- Experience in managing paid ads on platforms like Twitter, FB and TikTok for 3+ years
- Social media expertise is essential
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing. Ability to translate technical language to non-technical stakeholders.

- Ability to analyze data to identify insights that can be used to evaluate campaign performance
- Crypto knowledge is a plus
