Position title
Sales Executive

The job holder will be responsible for meeting the monthly sales targets and ensuring that the team achieves its annual sales and customer satisfaction targets. This is specific to passenger car retail.

    This role includes following the sales process, from sales to customer hand-over to sales, market intelligence activities, and creating opportunities to acquire new business.

    Job Responsibilities

        • To ensure that all details are current, maintain a customer profile database. This includes the accurate collection and input of vehicle and customer information into the Dealer Management System.
        • To attract and retain long-term customers, make recommendations for sales strategies. This includes a range of activities that include prospecting, meeting and greet, consultations, negotiation, trade appraisal for used cars and objection handling.
        • Personal visits to customers are conducted. This allows the customer to understand his needs and assess his current situation in order to determine their requirements. This includes technical information regarding product performance, features, applications, and pricing.
        • Negotiates the best deals and sells vehicles at a maximum profit to retain and acquire customers long-term. This is in accordance with company policies
        • Coordinates with the relevant department member to order the vehicle promptly if it's not immediately available. This includes following up on vehicle arrival and updating customers on any delays
        • To ensure that payment is received by the due date and customer credit is minimized, collect payments according to established deadlines
        • To ensure customer satisfaction, coordinate vehicle delivery to customers.
        • All necessary paperwork and documents must be completed.
        • Assists and counsels customers regarding requirements for bank/insurance approvals
        • Coordinates with Service, or person-in charge for the pre-delivery inspection and timely delivery
        • Deliver the vehicle at the time of delivery.
        • To ensure customer satisfaction and to encourage repeat or referral business, maintain an owner follow-up system
        • Assist the branch in charge in ensuring that vehicles are displayed properly in the showroom to ensure customers are well-informed about the company's products
        • Prepares weekly plans, activity reports and results reports. These reports relate to issues resolution.

    Job Requirements


        • A Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Automotive Industry



        • 2 years of experience in the automotive industry


    Knowledge & Skills

      • Great negotiation and influence skills
      • Solid knowledge of the market and product
      • Business acumen and financial knowledge are essential.
      • Driving license is required in UAE
      • Communication Skills for Relationship Management
      • Great presentation skills
      • Written and verbal communication in English, with other regionally spoken languages such as Arabic, would be a plus.
      • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
