We are looking for talented and experienced Recruitment Partners to join our Volume Recruitment Teams within EKAS, Group Services & Dnata. This will support our sourcing and assessment activities as well as our attracting, assessment and hiring activities. What you will do is - Analyze the manpower requirements of each department and translate this into yearly Department Recruitment Plans. These plans outline candidate identification and attract initiatives. This includes positions for UAE Nationals. - Support specific volume recruitment campaigns, i.e. (Cabin Crew, Customer Services, Contact Centre, UAE National vacancies, etc.) Both globally and in Dubai. - Discuss with the hiring manager the best way to recruit candidates using different channels. You can use various channels to recruit candidates, such as job boards, career portals and LinkedIn, or internal vacancy notifications (IVN), which allow you to advertise vacancies across the Group (including UAE National earmarked positions) and create quality digital ads that reach global markets. - Use available technology and databases (e.g., ATS, LinkedIn, and other databases) to shortlist potential candidates, including UAE Nationals, and to recommend the best talent to the Hiring managers. Recommend suitable recruitment and selection methods, e.g. To support the identification and assessment of talent for each position's technical, behavioral and cultural requirements, (In-tray exercise and assessment center, digital assessments) Assist Hiring Managers in the interpretation of behavioral evidence and influence selection decisions. Establish professional, open relationships with departments and Hiring Managers. Provide professional services and balance process integrity and the need to respond to departmental pressures. Communicate with candidates and internal candidates in a proactive manner (within the timeframes) to maintain a professional image. Ensure that all support processes are based on the latest best practices in recruitment and selection, with a particular focus on Diversity & Inclusion. - Perform all administrative tasks related to the recruitment process such as distributing interview packs, organizing timetables, and arranging interviews. - Manage the quality of recruitment agencies' support when working in the field. This will ensure that Emirates Group's brand image is maintained and the highest standards of excellence are maintained. You can also have 12 years of schooling and 5+ years of experience.
