Position title
Order Taker


  • Assures that key control procedure are followed and keeps a daily inventory at the end and beginning of each shift of all room attendant keys.
  • Prepares daily time sheets for payroll, and updates monthly payroll.
  • The Supervisors update the computer room status.
  • The Executive Housekeeper and the Housekeeping Manager are kept informed about OOO room status changes and OOO rooms.
  • Assists the Executive Housekeeper in following up on any purchase orders.
  • According to hotel policy, registers and stores are all lost and found.
  • Prepare all lost or found items and gate passes.
  • Lassies in Maintenance, Front Office and Other Departments as Needed
  • Monitors the filing system.
  • Mail laundry bills and flowers invoices
  • Performs general secretarial work as required.
  • Assists in emergency procedures like evacuation, and fire and bomb threats.
  • Conforms to all safety and health regulations of the hotel.
  • Assists the Housekeeping Management team with any duties.
  • Assure communication between the Room Service staff and guests.

Skills and requirements:

  • Good customer service skills and initiative
  • National diploma or degree
  • You must have at least 1-year of experience in a 5-star hotel.
  • Good English communication
