Principal Responsibilities

  • Welcoming visitors.
  • Distribute or deliver mail, correspondences and documents to the concerned person.
  • Monitoring equipment and supplies in the office.
  • Make sure your office/pantry are always clean.
  • Making coffee and tea for staff and visitors
  • Control and organize kitchen/pantry material storage and office material storage. Keep track of material consumption.
  • Social events for staff support

Important Requirements

  • High School Diploma.
  • Experience as an office assistant: One to two years.
  • Written and verbal English communication
  • A person who is trustworthy and pleasant.
