Serving meals & beverages to our higher management on daily basis and even during meetings.
You can monitor the level of stationery and pantry supplies, and deal with shortages.
Assisting office staff and management with scanning & filing.
Assist associates with organizing office in a way that maximizes efficiency.
Assist the receptionist when necessary.
Sort and distribute messages in a timely fashion.
Any other tasks/responsibilities of similar nature or level entrusted by reporting manager.
High school diploma or associate degree.
Experience in the field of office assistants or in a related area.
Ability to work well with limited supervision
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
The knowledge of computer systems in the "back-office".
