Principal Responsibilities

  • Organize office operations.
  • Establishing standards and procedures to guide the design and implementation of office policies is key.
  • Address employee's query regarding office management issues.
  • Keep the office in good condition and make any repairs that are needed.
  • Make sure that your invoice and pay all items on time
  • Plan and implement office layouts and equipment procurement to improve office efficiency.
  • Format information for internal or external communication: memos, emails and presentations.


Important Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree holder.
  • Experience of two to four years as an office administrator
  • Detail-oriented personality.
  • Great time management skills, ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Understanding of the responsibilities and systems that Office Administrators use to manage their procedures.
