  • Responsible for the management and creation of the brand identity and marketing strategy for Lucky Voice at Grand Millennium Hotel Dubai.
  • Supervise the production of all brand identity materials and collateral, as well as the development of promotional materials.
  • Overseeing marketing campaigns. Monitoring the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, and reporting on findings to the executive team.
  • Budget reconciliation for the Hotel: Create, present, and implement
  • Analyzing market trends and competitors.
  • Negotiating with and liaising Avec third-party marketing agencies.
  • Write and deliver content.
  • Monitoring the marketing budget and ensuring that it is returning on its investment.
  • Design and production of promotional materials such as brochures and websites.
  • Supervise the company's attendance to events such as conferences and festivals.
  • Manage, develop and monitor the Hotel's social media channels strategy
  • To position the Hotel as one of the most prominent hotels in the destination, the PR strategy must be developed and implemented.
  • Tactical media relations activities should be implemented in accordance with the hotel's business objectives and needs.
  • As required, supervise consumer events
  • Make sure news-related information, photos, videos, and press releases are up-to-date and feature as appropriate for all audience members
  • To create and implement a digital marketing strategy that is successful, you will need to oversee web traffic analysis
  • To maximize return on paid SEO marketing, provide local knowledge about seasonality in hotels, upcoming events, attractions, and competitors.
  • Assist the hotel's primary digital and eCommerce contact when new websites, mobiles, or social media capabilities are launched.
  • All expenditures to be within the hotel's business activities
  • Executes exceptional customer service to ensure customer loyalty and satisfaction. * Minimum 7 years experience in a similar position in a hotel marketing environment.
  • A University that is accredited offers a Bachelor's Degree
  • Digital marketing savvy
  • Familiarity and familiarity with Google Analytics and other web analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication skills
