Responsibilities
Manage events calendar, including budget management, event logistics and reporting after the event
Promote partner products and/or services related to business development and operations, and keep relevant stakeholders informed at all costs
Develop marketing plans for Fitness First sub-brands
Manage and implement a pre-sales plan for club openings in UAE
Implement strategies to launch new products and businesses to the right audience groups
Assure that marketing activities are delivered within the budget agreed upon. Report on return on investment as well as key performance metrics for campaigns executed.
Report on the industry's best practices and competition.
To determine the market needs for future and existing products, conduct market research both internally and externally
Qualified Experience
Marketing and other business-related degrees
Minimum 3 years of experience in Marketing roles
Management of Marketing Campaigns
Experience in managing outdoor sports/fitness events
Experience in all aspects of marketing strategy development and execution
Experience in market and customer research
Passionate about health and fitness, with relevant industry and product knowledge
Key Competencies
Excellent English writing and oral communication skills. Arabic is an advantage.
The ability to manage a marketing campaign, from conception to completion
