- Responsible for maintaining customer relationships and loyalty by managing queries, customer engagement, and customer relations.
- Track, update, and research potential customers. Telephonically contact potential customers. Analyze multiple points of data, and then redirect the inquiry to the sales team.
- Keep in touch with the sales team to discuss the status of sales and provide monthly reports on closed leads.
- Keep track of all marketing materials to ensure they are accurate and current. Coordinate the creation of new materials as needed.
- To produce promotional materials, collaborate with the design department.
- Provide feedback and advice to customers on how to increase customer engagement and build lasting relationships.
- Market research and analysis of marketing surveys. Participate in the organization of events and exhibitions.
- Assist the department head in project organization and performing administrative tasks to ensure that marketing activities run smoothly.
Requirements
- 2 to 3 years experience in sales and marketing
- Telemarketing experience.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Customer service is a top priority. Professional tone
- Proficient in English
