Assure clients' satisfaction by adhering to Emirates Palace service standards.
Follow the internal credit policy
Keep track of lost business and inform the department leaders about it.
Spot-check reservations made on the previous day, and verify VIP arrivals.
LQA/IFH test results > 85%
Follow the internal upsell program for Reservations.
Assign any other duties to management.
Skills & Qualifications
A college or diploma is required.
Experience in working in luxury hotels is required.
Experience working in the Middle East Region would be an advantage
A good knowledge of computer systems is a benefit
Clear communication, effective communication in English verbal and writing
