Description
  • Monitor and coordinate supply chain operations
  • Ensure that premises, assets, and communication channels are effectively used
  • Optimize your logistics processes with IT-based logistics
  • Track and plan the shipment of the final product according to customer specifications
  • Make sure shipping documents are correctly filed
  • Our CRM tool allows you to track, prioritize, and route orders.
  • All important documents, such as pick slips, advanced shipping notices, bills of lading, etc., can be managed easily.
  • Control the flow of packages, from preparation to shipment
  • To optimize your processes, collaborate with other departments like warehouse and purchasing
  • Compliance with legal regulations and company policies
  • Supervise and plan the shipment from the production line to the final user
  • Regular reports to management

About you

  • Bachelor's degree required in business administration, supply chain management, or information technology.
  • Customer service experience of at least 1-2 years is highly valued
  • Excel and MS Office are well-known.
  • First time using an ERP system (f.e. SAP, MS Navision/AX, etc.)
  • A good level of English language skills, both spoken and written (German or Arabic would be an advantage).
  • Ability to track multiple processes and work under minimal supervision
  • Excellent organizational and coordination skills
  • Communication and interpersonal skills are essential
