
Job Description and Responsibilities: Assist the Catering department in maximizing catering sales revenues. This position is responsible to solicit, negotiate and plan conference events for the hotel. The client will be involved in the planning, upselling, and details of the meeting/function. Make arrangements for accommodation. Assist in the preparation of catering sales documentation. Assist with the development of marketing strategies. Maintain and prepare legible records. Job Requirements
Minimum education in Business Administration, Marketing or Hotel Management.
Minimum 2 to 3 years of sales or catering experience in a similar role. A positive attitude towards challenges and the drive for excellence are essential.
Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken English
