- Coordinate hiring activities
- Post job advertisements online using LinkedIn, Indeed, Social Media Groups, etc.
- Assistance with the initial phone screen and resume screening
- Organize recruiting exercises
- Coordinate with the hiring team and candidates to schedule interviews and send out calendar invites.
- Assist the HR Manager with policy formulation, hiring, and salary administration
- Background checks
- Maintain candidate database
- As quickly as possible, resolve issues (e.g. Interview cancellations
- Assist new hires with onboarding (e.g. preparing documents, coordinating orientation agendas)
- Experience as a Recruitment Assistant or in another recruiting-related position
- Proficiency in the stages of hiring (screening, interviewing, assessment, onboarding).
- Experience with social networking and recruiting software
- Ability to work in a team and independently
- Excellent time and organizational management skills
- Attention to detail
- Outstanding communication skills
- Ability to solve problems
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or a related field.
