Assist the HR Manager-Retail in a variety of HR functions, including employee relations, grievance handling and resolution, performance management, and employee relations. This will help each retail site achieve its business goals.
To help achieve the business goals, provide guidance and advice to employees and line managers on HR issues in the retail industry.
To meet the objectives of each section and team, plan, supervise, and coordinate all HR functions.
Develop and train the staff to improve their skills on the job.
Policies, Processes and Systems, Procedures and Controls
To support the execution of the Section's work programs, in accordance with Company and International standards, implement approved HR processes, systems, procedures, and processes.
