
The Human Resources Executive oversees and directs all HR tasks within an organization. These executives are the leaders of all HR functions and matters. The HR Executive must train, monitor, problem-solve, and educate all employees and managers to ensure that the company's HR policy is being followed.
The Key Accountabilities
Assist in the day-to-day operation of HR functions and other duties
Assist the Human Resources Division with administrative tasks
Update and compile employee records (hard- and softcopies)
Prepare reports and process documentation related to HR activities
Respond to employee inquiries regarding rules and regulations, human resources, and other issues
Assist with payroll preparation by providing pertinent data (absences and bonuses, etc.
Correctly deal with grievances and complaints
Begin orientation for newly hired employees
Expertise, Skills and Experience
Education
BS degree in Human Resources, or a related field.
Language
English - Mandatory
Arabic - Beginner/intermediate
Work Experience
Proven experience as an HR assistant, staff assistant, or relevant human resources/administrative position.
Technology
Basic skills in MS Office, Excel and PPT
Other
Basic knowledge of labor laws
Great organizational skills
Communication skills are essential
