
Objective: To prepare footwear for UAE Territory employees. Payroll must be in compliance with all regulations and rules of the UAE Labour Ministry and Landmark Group Policies. All employees must also be paid promptly and accurately. Provide timely information to management that aids in Budgeting and Strategic Planning.
Basic Requirement
Post-Graduation in Human Resources
Oracle Fusion (HR/Payroll & Financials).
Experience in a similar position for 3 to 5 years
Key Accountabilities
As per deadlines, timely processing of monthly payroll and submission of reports to the corporate Payroll Team
Assure the creation, maintenance and updation of correct employee allowances and deductions in the OraclePayroll System
After receipt of all relevant documents and approvals, you can ensure timely reimbursement of any Allowance, Visa, or Air Ticket reimbursements
As per your eligibility, process the employee benefits related to Rental Assistance, Leave Salary, Settling Allowances Advances, Variable Pay and Miscellaneous Payments in accordance with Group Policy and Management Approval
All leave records should be updated in Oracle HRMS.
Preparation of invoices, prepayments to Oracle Financials and timely payment of leave salary settlement to the staff.
Quickly address employee payroll queries
Create a C3 account for staff by uploading and preparing the employee data to C3 Portal
Calculation of staff overtime and processing the same in monthly payroll
Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Incentives for Staff as per different incentive policies. Payment of the same to staff via monthly Payroll
After receiving the Resignation Intimation and No Dues Confirmation from HR, preparation and pay of Final and Full Settlement to all employees who have been terminated.
Oracle ERP - Preparation and accounting for Gratuity, Leave Salary, Air Ticket Provisions
Generating and distributing of ePay slips
Coordinating with Banks & Financial Departments regarding Staff Payroll-related Issues
Generation of GL for various payroll related Account heads, Reconciling and Passing rectification/necessary GV entries in Oracle Financials if require
Prepare and submit Dashboards, various MIS, and ad hoc reporting to Management & Operations
Analyze of staff budget with salary trend, Salary expense with sales, etc.
Payment of local staff pension funds to the UAE Pension Authority
Monitoring and generation of TAMS staff monthly attendance reports
Analyze and verification staff attendance based on the Biometric Punching Report and update the payroll database
