Assists Senior HR Assistant with all aspects of new hire travel, including airport collection and accommodation. This ensures that cost, time, and quality are optimized.
Assures timely submission of documents for visa applications and regularly updates the Government Relations team.
Retrieves Visa documents from Government Relations. Provides relevant entry/transfer documentation for new hires.
To ensure clarity and process transparency in their work area, regularly and accurately update documentation and procedures.
Encourages employee satisfaction through initiatives.
Produces weekly and ad-hoc reporting to ensure accuracy and timeliness in the department.
Communicates with new hires (junior grade) as necessary to ensure that all documents required for entry into the UAE are organized and readily available.
Participates in the achievement and direction of team goals.
Knowledge, Skills & Minimum Experience:
Certificate in Human Resources, or Equivalent Qualification.
Minimum of 3 years experience in HR administration, preferably in large organizations.
It is desirable to have experience in handling onboarding documents and logistics for large numbers of new hires.
High standards for verbal and written communication
Excellent organizational and planning skills, with the ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
