Potential owners should be informed about the details and requirements for attending a presentation. Before scheduling a tour of a Marriott vacation club property, verify that the individual meets the requirements to preview packages/tours. As a thank you for their patronage, determine and give complimentary gifts to guests (e.g. rewards points, tickets). General office tasks to support Sales & Marketing, such as filing, sending emails and typing, faxing, and other administrative duties. Receive, record and relay messages clearly, accurately, and completely.
