You will be reporting to the Fashion Operations Manager and attached to the Fashion Supply Chain Executive.
Internships: ASAP - 6 Months

Principal Tasks

Under the supervision of Supply Chain Executive, the core responsibility for logistics and customs clearance in local markets and freezones is:

• Assist with administrative tasks in the supply chain
  • Prepare Invoices & Deliver Orders for Duty Payment of Customs
  • Coordinate worldwide transfers between the Middle East region of Paris and our Paris team
  • Monitor credit notes in the system for export shipments to Retail boutiques. Follow up credit notes from Paris finance team for local transfer
  • Extracting reports from systems to support logistics of wholesale partners. Share Statement of Accounts to WHS (SOA to WHS) & payment follow-up
  • Documentation and coordination with forwarders to clear customs weekly
• Support Boutiques needs:
  • Order placement with suppliers for stationary/sanitization
  • Coordinate local stock optimizations, which include duty payment and transports.
• Support Operations tools deployment & ensure boutique hypercare.

Profile:

• Looking for a pleasant experience with a dynamic group? Bac + 2 profile
• Proficiency in Powerpoint and MS Excel
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• You need to have excellent follow-up skills in order to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• You are a team player and can collaborate with multiple supervisors
• Willingness to learn, strong communication skills
• Fluent in English
• A first experience would be an internship in a similar role/mission.
