The Executive Assistant reports to the Senior Executive Officer and is expected to provide personal support and analysis to senior management members in order to support their day-to-day activities and help them achieve the strategic goals in the area.

Job Accountability

Your role as Executive Assistant will include:

  • Senior Management Supports Strategic Execution
  • To support your business, prepare Powerpoint presentations and any other relevant material, such as corporate documentation.
  • Assist with the formulation and execution of specific goals and objectives. This includes project management and problem-solving.
  • Senior Management requires moderate and confidential administrative work
  • To ensure accurate and timely completion of work, organize and prioritize your own tasks
  • Assist clients in establishing and maintaining contact with them. This includes greeting and directing customers both internally and externe to the right person.
  • Answer internal customer inquiries and employee questions. You may refer more complicated inquiries or complaints to the appropriate personnel.
  • Answers and screens phone calls, and response to simple email messages for Senior Management
  • Create routine and non-routine correspondences using brief notes, oral instructions or written instructions
  • Receive incoming mail and forward it to the appropriate personnel for handling
  • Coordinates, controls, and coordinates Senior Management's calendars. Also coordinates meetings, appointments, and other activities. When necessary, follow-up work
  • Coordinate travel logistics with the procurement tool to maintain supplies.
  • Prepares expense reports and manages payments
  • Assist with special event planning and related logistics activities, as required

Qualified for a job

You must possess the following qualities to be successful in this position:

  • Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of experience in supporting the Senior Management Team of a company
  • Preferable experience in the Financial Services industry
  • Confidentiality and discretion in handling confidential information
  • Responsive with the ability to work independently
  • Good time and organizational skills
  • With a strong focus on details and a sense of urgency, you will be able to operate with accountability and a sense if urgency.
  • Good stakeholder management skills
  • With a calm, professional attitude and willingness to learn, you can effectively manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
