
A full-time position is available for a Document Controller. This position will be part of a team of staff based at the Client Deliverables Department. The ideal controller will have an earth science background and experience working with companies in offshore construction Oil & Gas.
Prepared and formatted geo data and other documentation for submission to the client's PDMS systems. The candidate will need to organize, maintain, and update a variety of data files and documents, including scanning, uploading and downloading, as well as securing the appropriate information. The position requires exceptional organizational skills.
Both raw and processed project data must be documented and archived in a secure and safe manner. The candidate's job scope includes digital archiving and the recovery of secure resources from a library.
The position will also require that you adhere to certain KPIs and that your department evaluates the statistical evaluation of those activities.
Regional projects can require the Controller to work within UAE time zones, plus or minus 2 hours, and sometimes on weekends.
The candidate should have a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Word Excel, Visio and Adobe Acrobat software. Experience with video review packages, AutoCAD, or Bentley MicroStation is a plus.
