Position title
Document Controller

Customer service representatives with administrative experience are the ideal candidates. They will organize and file customer records and documents such as invoices and receipts.


  • Documents can be copied, scanned and stored
  • For required documents, coordinate with customers
  • Verify the accuracy of documents, such as contracts.
  • You can store documents both in digital and physical records.
  • Save templates for future reference
  • Files can be retrieved by clients and employees upon request
  • Control the flow of documents within your organization
  • Protect confidential information about sensitive information and the terms of agreements
  • As needed, prepare ad-hoc reports about projects


  • Experience with MS Office and MS Excel
  • Data organization skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Understanding of filing systems
  • Dependable in respect of confidentiality and policies
  • Great organizational skills
  • Relevant experience of 2 - 3 Years
