As a Digital Marketing manager, you will assist the Director of Sales & Marketing in the development and execution of a digital marketing strategy that creates and sustains a strong online presence for the hotel, increases revenue, expands market share, and provides consistent, multi-channel experiences for guests and users.

      • To design, implement, track, and optimize digital marketing campaigns for the hotel across all earned, paid and owned channels
      • Regularly track, analyze, and report on the performance of campaigns and channels compared to agreed KPIs, budget, and monthly.
      • To create, maintain and grow social media presences and campaigns
      • To manage and collaborate with agencies and other third parties
      • To manage various e-tools e.g. CRM, CMS, ORM and Social Media Management Platforms. To build, maintain, and update customer databases
      • CRM allows you to set up, distribute and monitor direct communication and email marketing campaigns.
      • To ensure that the database is segmented for targeted marketing activities
      • Contribute to the planning of an integrated marketing campaign
      • To ensure that content is distributed across all channels and that it is always up-to-date and in accordance with brand guidelines
      • Monitor and manage the hotel's online reputation on different review sites and social media platforms.
      • To identify trends, insights, and opportunities to optimize performance
      • Requirements to monitor and report online on competitor's activities


    • A university that is accredited in Digital Marketing, Information Technology, or Computer Science can award a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
    • Advanced computer skills: Microsoft Suite Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Photoshop; social media listening/track and analytic tools
    • Minimum of 3 years experience in digital marketing, including leading and managing digital marketing campaigns
    • Experience in internet marketing for the hospitality/travel industry
    • Solid understanding of both traditional and digital marketing strategies and tactics
    • Preferably familiarity with design software
    • Experience in content management and web analytics
    • A solid grasp of the fundamentals of website production is essential for website production.
    • Able to manage multiple tasks and projects independently
