Department Coordinator - Customer Experience
  • The customer experience unit is a critical and strategic function of the company. It is responsible for improving customers' experience by handling and managing complaints. Also, it is responsible for driving CX initiatives that align with business goals using various touchpoints like Branch's Priority Centres.
    Assist the Head of Customer Experience with day-to-day administrative tasks

    Interactions with junior associates and simple problem solving
    File handling and data storage
    Requisitioning office stationary and other items
    Organizing and maintaining a calendar with Unit Department Heads
    Arrange files presentations for management meetings promptly
    Regular follow-up on actions items
    Invoices to be submitted for payment

    Prefer High School Graduation
    Minimum 5 years of experience
    Communication and writing skills are essential
    Arabic language proficiency preferred
