Customer Support Representative
Description

Customer support at the highest level, managing customer orders from start to finish. Direct customer engagement.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with all aspects of their orders, including the end-to-end process Export and local customers
  • Manage inventory stock orders from both internal Tecumseh manufacturing areas and external third-party suppliers/vendors.
  • Input, issue and document POs, PFIs and commercial invoices in Quickbooks.
  • Keep track of import/export orders and create weekly sales dashboards.
  • Keep inventory stock tracker (on-hand, in transit, ordered, and booked).
  • All customer correspondence should be responded to by phone or email.
  • General administrative and secretarial work for the local JAFZA business entity.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Business Management.
  • Minimum of 3+ years experience in customer service.
  • Experience in international logistics, freight forwarding, and warehousing is a must.
  • Positive attitude towards customer service
  • Fluent English is essential for effective communication.
  • Ability to work in a team and independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel Word, Outlook).
  • Previous experience with QuickBooks accounting software.
  • Previous experience or knowledge in international trade and logistics.
  • Experience in the HVAC&R trade sector is a competitive advantage.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented.
