The role
This is a great opportunity to join our global operations team as a Customer Service Manager in Dubai and Kuwait East (CSM). The CSM is responsible to ensure World Class Customer Service by ensuring strong supplier, people, and conformance management. This will allow for safe and secure operation while supporting the commercial team in meeting their QNNR targets. The CSM develops and leads the suppliers and staff in an operational environment. They also manage area processes, procedures, and service levels. The CSM oversees dedicated GHA/IAGC staff. They ensure compliance with all security, operational, and health standards. They ensure that Ground Handling suppliers receive the contract and SLA in full. This helps to drive maximum value. The Middle East is complex and requires strong collaboration, influence and organizational skills. Line flights, trucking, and interline transfers are all part of the operations. It is difficult to assess the security, regulatory and supplier context.
