We are seeking the following full-time position

Customer Services

 

Short job description:

  • Calculation of product price and freight cost
  • Preparation of quotations for products, equipment, and technical services
  • Customer inquiries handled, such as sending offers, SDS and product information,
  • Interface with Sales team, PM & LTM
  • Register a new customer/ Vendor Registration, and maintain the one you have in SBO
  • To get the product and price delivered on time, send an RFQ/PO request and follow up with the purchase team
  • Ask for the quarterly forecast from Sales and then send it to Operations

Team, receive updates from the purchase/operations team regarding product readiness/delivery
details.

  • SBO entries

a. Intercompany Sales orders, AR Invoices and Credit Notes
b. External Customers' Sales Orders, AR Invoice
c. Update the price list of customers in the system
d. Preparing customer invoices, if applicable
e. Passing Customer Credit Note/ Debit note (if applicable)

  • With the support of the sales team, submit the invoices (Portal/ Courier/ Email).
  • Support Sales Team for Payment and Overdues Follow-up
  • All customer emails (e.g. RFQ, PO etc.) should be handled and forwarded equivalent.
  • Invoice Reconciliation Support Finance

 

Experience is required:

  • Any field Bachelor's Degree
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in the areas mentioned.
  • Experience in SAP-SD & MS Office
