Scope:

Responsible for customer service and making sure customers are happy. Customer retention through exceptional service and handling complaints and suggestions. Continuously strive to provide excellent customer service and sustainable growth throughout the scope of your responsibility.

Responsibilities:

  • Customer satisfaction, retention, and activation are the key objectives. This is achieved through close collaboration with key operational and commercial stakeholders and management to maximize the customer experience.
  • Customers can be supported by information, answering their questions, and considering their suggestions or complaints.
  • Ensure best-in-class customer onboarding.
  • To continuously improve processes and controls, as well as manage customer complaints, in order to deliver consistent customer service.
  • To ensure customer satisfaction and maintain key performance indicators, advise and consult customers.
  • Integrate customer information into the system accurately.
  • Responsible for maintaining high service levels for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identify business opportunities in existing accounts.
  • Customer feedback (internal as well as external reporting on shipments to customers) via various methods (mail, phone and EDI).
  • Troubleshooting operational problems
  • Reporting in compliance with the KPIs

 

Experience / Qualifications:

  • +3 years of experience in logistics and forwarding operations.
  • It is preferable to obtain a professional degree from a licensed educational institution that specializes in logistics and forwarding.
  • Computer literacy using Microsoft Software Applications and/or other market-leading software applications
