Call Center Executive
Roles & Responsibilities
- Use the Bedashing telephone etiquette and call handling system to answer phone calls quickly and accurately.
- Answering telephone calls, interviewing clients, verifying information, and confirming client requests.
- Selling additional services through the identification of opportunities to up-sell treatments and explaining new services.
- By entering information, maintains a call center database.
- All client appointments must be confirmed.
- Manage your computer booking system effectively and ensure accurate communication
- Maximizes booking system by minimizing gaps between bookings. Assists with achieving each branch's target.
- Explains procedures to clients (children policy, arrival policies, etc. ); answer questions; provide information.
- It informs guests about their points accumulation from treat cards and provides treatments based on that information.
- Understanding the customer is key to building strong customer relationships and customer trust.
- Promote Bedashing services, retail, and active promotion over the phone
- Worked towards team goals and showed initiative in achieving them.
- Assist the team leader in completing assignments.
- Be familiar with all aspects of the SOPs for call centers
- Adheres to guidelines and standards; recommends improvements.
- Assists with daily updates and closing reports.
- Participate in training opportunities and update job knowledge.
- Maintains equipment in operation by following established procedures and reporting malfunctions.
- Reputation Enhances Bedashing Beauty Lounge by accepting ownership of new and unique requests; exploring possibilities to add value to job achievements.
