Description

The Role

  • Handle all outgoing and incoming calls
  • Discuss the lesson plan with customers
  • Help customers with general queries
  • Resolve complaints
  • Lesson packages for customers
  • Coordinate the branches to the lesson schedule
  • Inform customers/students regarding the terms and conditions for our packages
  • Take note of customer questions on their account

Requirements

  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Experience with Call Centers is a must
  • Outbound and Inbound calls experience is essential
  • Excellent sales person
  • Can be started immediately

About the company Melodica Music and Dance Institute, a music institution in Dubai, UAE is registered under the Knowledge and Human Development Authority. Melodica is an independent music school that has been in operation since 2013.
