Description

We are looking for full-time call center agents who can answer incoming calls, manually dial calls, distribute leads via CRM, manage daily goals, and be a leader. Keep daily reports and communicate with the concerned parties. Duties and Responsibilities Answer customer questions via live chat or phone. 2. Use available resources to find the information you need. 3. Set daily call goals 4. Follow up on abandoned calls 5. Offer product and service information to customers. 6. Input new customer information in the system (CRM). 7. Update existing customer information. 8. Emails, forms, or applications for sharing customer introduction emails and customers. 9. Priority leads can be identified and escalated. 10. You can route calls to the right resource. 11. If necessary, follow up with customers' calls. 12. All call information should be documented according to standard operating procedures. 13. Call logs complete.
Requirements
Qualifications * Education Background: - Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any other related field. * Required Training: - Advanced training. * Experience: - 0-2 years. * Skills: 1. Computer skills in the relevant areas. 2. Language proficiency required Arabic/English/French 3. Understanding customer service principles and practices. 4. The basics of call center technology and telephony. 5. Experience working in a call center or customer service environment. 6. Excellent data entry and typing skills. 7. Administration and clerical skills. 8. Communication skills both verbal and written. 9. Listening skills. 10. Problem-solving and analysis. 11. Customer service orientation. 12. Skills in the organization. Key Competencies: 1. Good attention to detail. 2. Judgment. 3. Adaptability. 4. Teamwork. 5. Tolerance to stress. 6. Resilience. 7. Hardworking.
