The Buyer's Admin Assistant's job is highly administrative and supports the Senior Buyer, Assistant Buyer, and Buyer.
Key Accountabilities
The senior manager will receive weekly updates about the status of orders and deliveries.

PI and PO processes.

Time management through quick approval processes

Skills are required for the planning and execution of orders.

Help buyers update and support their buying plans.

Prepare reports and other resources that will show buyer needs for buying day-to-day plans.

Tracking of shipments from suppliers to territory logistics

For product reviews and PR activities, prepare relevant samples.

Assist buyers with correspondence and facilitate a quick approval process between vendors.

Based on the given timelines, plan and execute your orders.

Expertise, Skills and Experience


Graduates/High School with Diploma


English - Mandatory

Arabic - Beginner/intermediate

Work Experience

2-3 years experience in the buying and merchandising industry/ Buying house


Basic MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint


Basic knowledge of textiles

Skills in organizing and planning

Networking skills

Computer literacy
