
Job Description and Responsibilities Assist the Front Office Manager in supervising and managing the operations. Assists the Front Office Manager in coordinating with Sales and Banquet to ensure that all tours, groups, conventions, and cooperate clients are properly handled. Review maintains and modifies procedures and systems within the department. Assist in greeting or escorting very important guests (VIPs). Assist in training and preparing staff according to company policies and standards. What are the Job Requirements?
1. Minimum education: Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management/relevant discipline
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in the Front Office
3. Expertise in Front Office Operation
4. Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
5. Professional disposition and excellent interpersonal and communication skills
