The Dubai Mall boutique needs a passionate, customer-focused Operations Coordinator. You will be responsible for all aspects of client service within the boutique, including servicing orders, client repairs and correspondence. Your product knowledge and proactive follow-up will help clients. You'll ensure that each client has a personalized Tiffany experience.
Your role within the Tiffany Legacy.
Many of our customers treasure a trip to Tiffany. They can indulge in a luxurious treat, or shop for a special gift. We are their best friends and we have an obligation to honor them with grace and artful understanding.
Responsibilities include but are not limited:
- All repairs and service orders (engravings, etchings, embossing), must be entered, tracked, and completed.
- To support client development, provide the best standard of client follow up
- Consult with appointment clients or walk-ins to discuss your needs.
- All client inquiries via email, phone and post will be answered.
- All client orders, including shipping and transaction processing, will be fulfilled.

You will need to be the Operations Coordinator for our Dubai Mall team.
- Minimum of two years experience in a similar position within a luxury retail environment or client-focused setting.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- You must have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with others.
- Flexibility to work traditional retail hours including weekends and weekdays, as well as late nights and holiday
