All the employees need to keep up with the company's growth. We are seeking a dynamic Recruiter to help us select and find the best candidates.
The smooth recruitment process for certain positions will be your main responsibility. You will be responsible for managing the advertisements, applications, interviews, feedback, and offers.
You will also support and build relationships with other organizations in order to expand the pipeline of candidates. This means that you will be able to make contact with university and professional event coordinators to help us create events for recruiters. You will attend these events to keep a steady stream of qualified candidates.
You will interact with all managers to learn their needs, arrange interviews and receive their feedback. Although you will be working independently, you will never work alone. This means you will need to be flexible and confident enough to take on responsibilities.
- Excellent communication skills (Verbal and written)
- 1 - 3 Years of relevant experience in recruiting
- Fun, motivated, and disciplined
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
