Process
Assure that merchandise is ordered daily and received in the correct quantities from warehouses and other shops. Notify supervisor if there is excess or short supply.
Recognize the correct/short receipt/distribution of merchandise in this section
Assist in ensuring that merchandise is properly tagged and bar-coded
Assisting the management in identifying potential shoplifters.
Assuring that garments are securely tagged and placed at the appropriate place.
Consistent supervision of these categories/being alert/not leaving unattended
Contributing ideas to control pilferages and reporting to shop managers any unusual/suspicious activities in Retail.

Establish eye contact and greet the customer
Assess customer needs and assist customers in making a purchase decision
Talk about new arrivals/styles to customers & offer add-on sales
