  • We are seeking a qualified Office Assistant to assist with the organization and management of daily administrative activities of the company.Responsibilities
    Assist associates to organize their office in a way that maximizes efficiency.
    Sort and send communications promptly
    Maintain accurate and current records to ensure accuracy and validity
    Plan and schedule meetings and appointments
    Control the supply levels and deal with shortages
    Resolve office malfunctions and respond promptly to any questions or requests
    To ensure compliance with policies established, coordinate with other departments
    Establish trusting relationships between suppliers, customers, and colleagues
    Assist the receptionist when required

    Skills and requirements
    Experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant, or back-office assistant.
    Understanding of the "back-office" computer systems (ERP)
    Knowledge of office equipment
    A thorough understanding of office management procedures
    Great organizational and time management skills
    Ability to problem-solve and have analytical skills
    Communication skills that are both verbal and written are essential
    Proficiency in MS Office
