    ROLE SUMMARY

    Key Account Associate Position Summary: Provide the best customer service to key accounts, customers, in the territory assigned. Follow up with all stakeholders. Mirrors to ensure smooth implementation of key account strategies.

     

    What will you do

    • Different/key responsibilities
    • Consistent collaboration with HCPs and pharmacists at hospitals, chains, pharmacies, and administrators to influence the sales and procurement results (patient groups, distributors and funds, etc.).
    • Key account: Full understanding of KDMs hierarchy, influence sphere, strategy implementation, and patient journey mapping
    • Aligning account activities with various stakeholders can help you drive account performance.
    • Stock management (Stock level and Consumption plus liquidation).
    • Customer engagement, new initiatives usage and promotional material handling are all ways to create a great customer experience.
    • Listing AZ brands within key accounts
    • Gathering market intelligence and competitive intelligence.
    • Searches for financial resources create demand and include AZ products for a budget purchase
    • With key market customers, building a value proposition.
    • Ensure high-quality detailing for focus brands that match KA detailing cycles.
    • Aligning account activities with various stakeholders can help you drive account performance.
    • Assure adequate stock at the customer and regularly analyze stock levels at the distributor level.
    • Customer engagement, new initiatives usage and promotional material handling are all ways to create a great customer experience.
    • Listing AZ brands within key accounts
    • Collecting market intelligence and competitive intelligence, and sharing these insights with the relevant team members.
    • Cross-functional communication with all business functions ensures timely and high-quality responses to business requests from both internal and external stakeholders.

     

    Essential to the role

    • Higher education in Pharmacology / Medical / Pharmacology
    • Minimum five years experience in a field-based job: Key Account Manager/ Medical Representative, or similar position
    • Strong previous performance record
    • Leadership ability, project management skills, problem-solving, and quick decision-making
    • Understanding of health economics and the basics of pricing and budgeting
    • Market dynamics in-depth
    • Experience in the therapy area.
    • High level of knowledge about key accounts in the private market
