
Join our team to support the USAID NexGen Global Health Supply Chain Program. This full-time position is located in Dubai, UAE. It will allow for a mix of office and remote work, but may also require some travel. Under the direct supervision and leadership of the Management Information Systems Manager, the IT Systems Administrator serves as the main member of the IT team. You must be organized and self-motivated to work in a multi-discipline environment.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Provide project support for IFS Cloud.
For system configuration and testing, follow the IT procedures.
All applications must be updated according to the IT change management process.
Assess your business processes and identify areas that can be improved.
Assisting in the ongoing review of IT projects and developing optimization strategies.
Keep abreast of the most recent IT developments and processes to automate or modernize systems.
Provide solutions to complex business problems.
Perform requirements analysis to define the objectives and scope of work.
Coordinate the creation of documentation that will allow implementation and turnover of the system process
Assisting users and stakeholders.
Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely project completion.
Create reports for internal and externe customers. Write/perform routine SQL queries to extract data.
Other duties may be assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in IT, business or another related field.
Relevant experience in IT, business, or a related field.
Skills in conceptual and analytical thinking.
Excellent technical skills and documentation skills.
Proficiency in data analysis and data extraction, as well as SQL query creation and review.
Solid knowledge of database relationships.
Expert in Microsoft Power BI reporting and comparable.
Experience in Supply Chain Management and Cloud Management is an asset to IFS.
