Your role
- Support for the day-to-day activities and responsibilities of the Managing Director or another key member of our organization.
- A very busy schedule with constantly changing priorities requires management.
- Organise meetings, lunches, and other events.
- Assisting clients with new clients by answering their calls promptly and attending to their needs.
- Handling press inquiries
- Communication skills of high quality and excellence
- Daily itineraries are prepared and prepared for all meetings.
- Organization and planning for travel.
- Assist with the preparation of speeches, press articles, and lectures. This includes keeping track of deadlines and liaising with outside writers.
- Effectively and diplomatically communicating with other directors and staff at every level.
- Effective communication with clients and technical members of the design group.
- Assist with marketing duties, maintaining a bid register, and following up with clients
