Description

In order to ensure effective communication between Sales, Customers, and Internal departments in order to prompt servicing of Customer orders / Follow-up with all Operations Teams including Logistics to facilitate delivery. For quick resolution of customer complaints, queries and feedback to improve quality and the process of improvement, adhere to Systems and Processes

Primary Job Responsibilities

To constantly update AGP about product mix in order to manage customer requirements.

Assist customers with processing and efficient management of product requirements

2. OpenText and barcode printing ensure that all PO documents are kept clean. Customers can receive and respond quickly to sales transactions.

3. Keep an Enquiry log of all inquiries received via email and fax. Liaise with Sales regarding queries, and feedback through a system for effective follow-up and closure. Prepare export documentation in close coordination with the Dispatch team

4. Produce closely to meet the customer's delivery needs.

5. Follow up and track Production to ensure delivery.

6. Generate a Customer Accounts Report on a monthly basis with respect to valid/expired Trade License for Sales in order to take corrective action; Generate Systematic data on a timely basis in line with customer accounts on yearly basis on credit limits

7. Follow up with Technical to receive receipts and requests for SOR

8. Pre-qualifications, Submittals, and Quotations should be prepared according to the Sales - Projects team's requirements and label printing for cans

9. As per site needs, coordinate with Production and FG Stores regarding Material Requisitions and Reservations

10. All ISO process audits must be completed on time, including the Customer Satisfaction survey. Also, generate customer feedback for corrective functions

11. Respect all statutory, legal, health, and safety procedures of the company

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum Graduate/Diploma holder

3-4 years in the manufacturing/paint industry

Solid knowledge of MS Excel / SAP

Solid knowledge of MS Excel / SAP

In exceptional cases, minimum requirements may be waived
